On the indoctrination of "doing" and being idle

I have been indoctrinated to "do"

This pressure of "doing" comes with a guilt when "not doing"

But when we are "not doing" the dust of the daily whirlwind settles. Our minds can see with more focus and clarity.

I invite you to see how the thought of being idle sits with you. And if you are, what thoughts come to you, what impulses, what feelings. Take note of those and see where this comes from.

My dog Onyx is a great teacher. He can be still and seem content.
